Click "Connect Smartsheet Account" and authorize access to your workspaces.

Toggle Deep Scan for DLP Analysis
Enable Deep Scan to detect sensitive data like SSNs and credit card numbers in your sheets.

Start Your Scan
Click "Start Full Scan" to begin analyzing your workspaces. Free trials scan up to 1,000 assets.

View Your Results
Once complete, click "Open Zen Admin Dashboard" to view comprehensive reports on bloat, formulas, sharing, and more.

Zero Data Retention
We do NOT store your sheet content, formulas, or attachments. Data is processed in memory and discarded immediately after analysis.
Encrypted Token Handling
Your OAuth tokens are encrypted with AWS KMS (AES-256) at rest. Tokens are only decrypted in Lambda memory during active scans.
Ephemeral Processing
Stateless AWS Lambda functions wake up, process your data, and terminate. No persistent storage of your business data.
User-Owned Results
All analysis results are written to YOUR Smartsheet workspace. You own your data - we can't access your results without permission.

Can you see my sheet data?
No. Your sheet content is processed in Lambda memory only. It is never written to our databases, never logged, and is automatically discarded when processing completes.
What happens to my OAuth token?
Your OAuth token is encrypted with AWS KMS immediately upon receipt and stored as an encrypted binary blob. It is only decrypted in Lambda memory when needed for API calls.
Can your employees access my workspace?
No. Our employees do not have access to your Smartsheet account or workspace content. The OAuth token is encrypted and can only be decrypted by our Lambda functions during active scans.
Where are my analysis results stored?
In your own Smartsheet account. We create a "Zen Admin" workspace in YOUR Smartsheet, and all analysis results are written there. You own this data completely.
How do I revoke access?
Click "Disconnect Smartsheet" in our dashboard, or go to Smartsheet â Account â Apps & Integrations â Revoke our app. Once revoked, we can no longer access your workspaces.
